Responsibilities and Duties

  • Execution and digital performance marketing - from initial concept to final delivery, ROI measurement and revenue growth
  • Responsible for managing all aspects of eCommerce business including P&L, data analytics, business planning and other online marketing activities
  • Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase website and eCommerce sales
  • Increase inbound lead generation and channel sales through digital activities
  • Partner with branding team to maximise impact of every message and drive sales through digital channels
  • Develop in-depth understanding of user journeys, digital engagement and conversion
  • Analysing & providing platform-wise daily, weekly and monthly reports based on eCommerce, website and social media performance metrics
  • Ensure appropriate allocation of budget for all the marketing channels based on ROI and revenue targets

Brand Manager

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Building a strong brand connect with the target audience through campaigns, events, and partnerships.
  • Lead all elements of website and social media strategy, planning and Conceptualizing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and its execution to directly accelerate revenue growth.
  • Conceptualize Social Media strategy for the brand across all platforms - Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Tik Tok, LinkedIn etc.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of full-time work experience in brand management and/or graphic design function(s). B2C brand management experience is highly preferred. 
  • Brand awareness - a clear understanding of brands and the marketing mix. 
  • Experience in Brand Positioning, Product Launching & Pricing Strategy is preferred. 
  • Good knowledge and experience of design tools: Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Video making.

Business Manager

Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Responsible for managing relationship and generate business across various digital and strategic channels
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for business partnerships across various channels and companies
  • Make business proposals, lead negotiation of terms with clients, and evaluate the benefits and risks of potential partnerships

    Warehouse Operations Manager

    LocationMumbai

    Responsibilities and Duties

    • Processing daily orders on all third-party platforms (e.g. Amazon, Flipkart) and on AADAR website. 
    • Liaising with product suppliers, transport companies, third parties and clients to maintain receive and dispatch deadlines. 
    • Administering complete stock control and ensuring minimal loss of inventory by performing Quality Checks. 
    • Maintaining statistical and financial records of the inventory, expenses, employee leaves and incentives etc. 
    • Managing monthly and quarterly budgets and project future budgetary and other warehouse requirements. 
    • Managing warehouse staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. 
    • Completing warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees. 
    • Maintaining employees’ job results by coaching, counselling, disciplining and appraising job results.
    • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional content; and establishing personal networks.

    Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

    • Experience required: 1 year or more (Full-time) post-graduation in Operations or handling Blue-collars. 
    • Good knowledge of MS Excel, with understanding of basic functions such as SUMIFS, VLOOKUP etc. 
    • BTech, BE, or any other engineering degree is preferred.

        Responsibilities and Duties

        • Responsible for coordinating with customers pan India and ensuring that their queries are effectively and timely addressed. 
        • Ensuring daily reporting of all tasks performed is prepared and provided to the senior management. 
        • Regularly work on building the processes to streamline functioning and operations. 
        • Have a “customer first” mindset, and extending your efforts in all possible ways to help them. 
        • Reach out to all past and present customers frequently to gather their feedback on products and service.

        Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
