Business Analyst
Location: Mumbai
Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for managing all aspects of business data including P&L, data analytics, business planning, promotional campaigns and other online marketing activities
- Responsible for delivery of precise and accurate analyses, models, dashboards and reports on eCommerce, website and social media performance metrics
- Work directly with product and platform owners to understand, research and provide actionable insights
- Analyze each platform’s performance & conduct custom analyses on large datasets
- Execution of digital performance marketing - understanding data and gathering insights - from initial concept to final delivery; ROI measurement, revenue growth, CAC and retention.
- Ensure appropriate budgeting and allocation for all marketing channels based on ROI and revenue targets
- Increase inbound lead generation and channel sales through digital activities
- Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase website and eCommerce sales
- Partner with branding team to maximise impact of every message and drive sales through digital channels
- Develop in-depth understanding of user journeys, digital engagement, conversion and retention
- Proactive planning for regular schemes and festivals with branding and operations team to boost business
- Management of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager Account configurations

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- BTech / Dual degree from Tier 1 Engineering colleges (IITs, NITs, IIITs, DTU, NSIT etc.)
- 1+ years of experience working as data or business analyst in Internet Consumer or Analytics Firm
- Experience in using Microsoft Office suite, along with very strong expertise in Excel, a must.
- Experience in advanced web analytics methodologies such as experimentation and testing, competitive analysis, surveys and market research
- Outstanding analytical skills, strong experience interpreting test results & drawing conclusions
- In-depth experience with Facebook marketing tools & Google Adwords (PPC/Google Analytics)
- Experience with Reporting Tools such as Tableau or Qlikview (or a keen desire to learn)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of end users and stakeholders
- Strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives; strong attention to detail and previous experience of having handled teams
- BTech / MBA / Masters in Marketing from premium institutes is preferred

Brand Manager
Location: Mumbai
Responsibilities and Duties
- Should have excellent communication and content management/writing skills.
- Should have a very good design/visual sense.
- Building a strong brand connect with the target audience through campaigns, events, and partnerships.
- Lead all elements of website and social media strategy; conceptualizing, planning, and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and its execution to directly accelerate revenue growth.
- Conceptualize and execute Social Media strategy for the brand across all platforms - Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Google, LinkedIn etc.
- Maintaining consistency in brand image, positioning, and communication across all customer touch-points.

- Experience in Brand Positioning, Product Launching & Pricing Strategy is preferred.

Operations Manager
Location: Mumbai
Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for schedule and dispatch of all B2C, B2B orders on e-commerce channels & AADAR website.
- Liaising with product suppliers, transport companies, third parties and clients to maintain receive and dispatch deadlines.
- Administering complete stock control and inventory management with regular updates and quality checks.
- Maintain statistical and financial records of the inventory, expenses, dispatch and daily sales in WMS.
- Working alongside the sales team to ensure a timely schedule and dispatch of B2B shipments.
- Projecting monthly and quarterly requirements and stock planning for smooth functioning of operations.
- Ensuring timely completion of work and properly scheduling and assigning tasks to employees.
- Managing warehouse staff such as occasional training, recruiting and leaves management etc.
- Improve employees’ performance by coaching, counselling, disciplining and appraising job results.
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by interacting with support staff and establishing networks and relationships.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Experience required: 1-3 years (Full-time) in warehouse operations, preferably in FMCG industry.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, with understanding of basic functions such as SUMIFS, VLOOKUP etc.
- Good aptitude and negotiation skills; good leadership capability with experience of handling teams.
- BTech, BE, or any other engineering degree is preferred.

Customer Engagement Manager
Location: Mumbai
Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for coordinating with customers pan India and ensuring that their queries are effectively and timely addressed on chat and phone calls.
- Ensuring daily reporting of all tasks performed is prepared and provided to the senior management.
- Setting up the processes to streamline functioning and operations, and reduce average response time.
- Have a “customer first” mindset, and extend your efforts in all possible ways to resolve their query.
- Reach out to all past and present customers frequently to gather their feedback on products and service.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
