How to Use QR Code?
You can go on any UPI payment app in your phone where you can find the QR code scanner. You need to scan the code and then you can pay the money from there.
Do you take bulk order?
Yes, we absolutely do. You can email us with your order quantity at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll also try and work out a discount for you, depending on the quantity of your order.
What should I do if my payment fails?
In case there is a failure in payment, please retry and keep the following things in mind.
1) Confirm if the information you've provided is correct i.e. account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking); and that your internet connection wasn't disrupted during the process

Why can’t I see the Cash On Delivery (COD) option?
It’s because this facility is currently unavailable on our website. You can either pay by Debit Card/Credit Card/UPI or Net Banking and place a prepaid order with us.
I wish to add few more products in my order. Will it be possible?
Once you have confirmed the order and we have accepted it, you cannot add any more products to your order. You will have to place a fresh order for the other products.
How can I get my order delivered faster?
Sorry, currently we do not have any service available to expedite the order delivery. In future, if we start offering such a service and your area pincode is serviceable, you will receive a communication from our end.
How to place an order?
To place your order, follow the below steps.
1.) Browse through our wide range of products until you find a suitable product.
2.) Once you're done, click the ‘Add to Cart’ button.
3.) After you have added all the products, click on the cart icon on the top right corner. You can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order and click ‘Checkout’. From there, you can either log in to your existing Aadar Ayurveda account or simply continue as a 'New User' and create one.
4.) Once you're done, proceed to checkout, confirm your shipping address, and select the desired payment method to confirm your order by clicking ‘Place Order’.
How do I know if my order was placed successfully?
Once you have successfully place your order, you will receive a confirmation email & SMS/Whatsapp with details of your order and your order ID. You'll receive another email & SMS/ Whatsapp once your order is shipped out. All you have to do then is, sit back, relax, and wait for your wellness product(s) to arrive!
How do I cancel the order I have placed?
Cancellations are allowed without any question asked. However, it is only allowed if the product is not shipped from our warehouses. Please contact our Customer Care team via +919867667699 or email@example.com to assist you in cancellation of the order.
Shipping & Tracking
Can I modify the shipping address of my order before it has been shipped?
Sorry, it won't be possible at the moment as the system would have already passed the mobile number and address to our warehouse to pack and ship your product. That said, we never say never! You can always cancel the order before it has been packed and can place a new order. Don't worry, there are no cancellation charges.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders in India, once shipped, are typically delivered in 4-7 business days. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors like public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.
How do I track my order?
You can track your order once it has been dispatched from our warehouse. An email, SMS/Whatsapp notification will be sent with a link. You can also track it from your account on the website by selecting ‘Orders’ and then clicking on 'Track Order' for the respective Order ID.
What if my order is undelivered?
For prepaid orders, if our courier partners are unable to deliver the product and they send it back to us, we will initiate a refund to your original mode of payment which will reflect in your account within 7-10 business days from initiation.
Do you have a return policy?
We take stringent measures to ensure that the products delivered to you are in perfect condition and we don't accept returns considering we deal in nutritional and wellness range. However, under certain situations, we do have a replacement policy which will be applicable to your purchase.
What are the terms of return policy?
In general, no returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is delivered. However, there is a remote possibility that:
1) The product may be damaged during transit by the courier partner
2) There might be a manufacturing defect
3) A wrong product is delivered to you
4) Less than the ordered quantity is delivered to you
In such cases, we will take complete ownership of the issue and replace the product at no extra cost or refund the complete amount, provided that the request for replacement/return of the product is made within 5 days of receiving the package.
Note: Please do not use the product you have raised a complaint about before the issue is resolved by our Customer Experience Team.
How do I raise a replacement/refund request?
To get a refund or replacement, you can WhatsApp us on +91 9867667699 with your Order ID with a valid reason for replacement/refund or you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Note: We only accept replacement requests if the product is sent to us after taking our confirmation. We will not be responsible for replacements sent to us directly without our confirmation.
Can I take more or less of your product than the label suggests?
Less dose may not result in the desired therapeutic effect and more dose may cause some unwanted effects, thus it is best advised to adhere to the instructions or consult your physician in specific cases.
Do your products contain GMO ingredients?
GMOs or genetically modified organisms/crops undergo modifications at a DNA level for some supreme properties but they may have uncertain effects on environment and health in terms of gene transfer, allergies or organ damage etc. We, at AADAR do not use any of the genetically modified plants to keep it away from any such unprecedented complications.
How are AADAR products better than other herbal products?
We make sure that our products stick to basic Ayurvedic principles, along with safety profiles such as heavy metals and pesticides testing, best quality of herbal raw materials and best combination of ingredients to ensure safety and efficacy.
How can I be assured about the safety of your products?
In the case of herbal medicines, it is their heavy metal component that is usually found hazardous to health. The heavy metal fraction may come from the soil of harvest. This risk is eliminated from our products through rigorous testing of Cadmium, Lead, Mercury and Arsenic and we make sure that our raw materials comply with the safety limits.
What allergens are your product free of?
We are free of substances that are typically harmless but can trigger an individual’s immune system to elicit abnormally vigorous attacks due to hypersensitivity. We are also free from some main food allergens like nuts, soy, sesame, shellfish, yeast and eggs.
How long are AADAR herbal products good for?
Our products have a shelf life of ranging from 18- 24 months.
If I missed taking medicine with breakfast, what can I do?
Can take after lunch, except Power Build Capsules and Jeevani range.
Can your supplements be taken ongoing for an indefinite period of time? Or do you have to take them for a few weeks and then stop for a while?
Better to take for the months that it is prescribed for and discontinue when not needed. The products for immunity and strength can be used regularly with small intervals.
What is the diet I need to follow when using Aadar products?
- Preferably Vegetarian
- Less Spicy
- High in Fibres
Can these products be taken during pregnancy/post pregnancy?
Only Weight No More Capsule can be consumed post pregnancy and Relax range of products can be consumed during pregnancy.
Is this Available in Medical Store?
Not right now, but we are present on all major e-commerce platforms like Flipkart, Amazon, 1MG, Netmeds etc.
Will I automatically receive marketing emails from you after registration?
You will automatically get subscribed to our marketing emails and SMS after registering with us. In case, you do not want to receive these, you can click on the unsubscribe link in the email.
Can I try the product first?

The product I want a refund of was bought on discount. Will I get refunded the MRP of the product?
No, you will only receive the exact amount paid for the product at the time of the purchase.
