Relax capsule for constipation relief

As regards my wife aged 59 is suffering from chronic constipation since 10to 15 years..she tried relax pro two capsule before bed time daily. but she could not get relief as expected but the same is very affective in my case..so it is requested to inform whether she is to take the medicines twice daily or suggest any other alternate medicine as deem fit..thank u
