After sunset, eat a light meal followed by a heavy meal. Consume food at regular intervals. In the summer, eat cooler foods, and in the fall and winter, eat warmer foods. Allow for natural desires. Encourage your body to adjust to a regular, healthy schedule. Don't be swayed by dietary or health fads; instead, pay attention to your own bodily cycles.
Ayurveda is a science that evolves over time. Everything you do has an effect. Even if you are not diligent in your daily practices or strict in your diet, you will not fall out of balance overnight.
