AADAR, AADAR FOR MEN, AYURVEDA, AYURVEDIC, ALLOPATHY, ALLOPATHY MEDICINES, ALLOPATHY VS AYURVEDIC

For many years, there has been a debate about which treatment method is superior Ayurveda or Allopathy. Ayurveda has recently gained popularity because it is a purely natural science. In this blog, we will look more closely at the Allopathy vs Ayurveda debate.

Ayurveda is an ancient science that uses naturally occurring substances to create many remedies. These Ayurvedic supplements are made with herbs, natural extracts, and a variety of plants that are effective in treating a variety of disorders. Ayurveda's use of naturally occurring elements gives it an advantage as a holistic healing system.

Meaning

Allopathy is derived from the Greek words "Allos" which means different or other + pathos which is disease or suffering, which means "Other Than The Disease."

While Ayurveda is a Sanskrit word derived from "Ayus," which means "Life," and "Veda," which means "Knowledge or Science." As a result, the term Ayurveda means "Knowledge of Life."

Method Of Treatment

Ayurveda excels is in the treatment of individuals. Ayurveda measures a person's health using the three Dosha ie; Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. Treatment begins after a preliminary diagnosis to determine how the Doshas are balanced and which Dosha is dominant in the body. Of course, remedies are suggested for specific disorders, but the overall goal of Ayurveda is to maintain optimal health and prevent diseases and deficiencies. It works on the simple premise that prevention is better than cure. This is a huge contrast to Allopathy, which focuses solely on symptoms and attempts to treat them. Ayurveda is miles ahead because it gets to the root of the problem and holistically cures it while also attempting to prevent it from recurring.

How Allopathy & Ayurveda Are Different From Each Other?

Individuality

Individualization is not considered in Allopathy when administering medication. If two people have the same disease, they will be treated with the same medications. There are no such distinctions to be considered. In Ayurveda, treatment is tailored to the individual's body constitution ie; Vata, Pitta, and Kapha and is administered as needed.

Effects & Side-Effects

Allopathy has its own set of complications, which is one of the most serious disadvantages of Allopathy. To cure the side effects of each prescribed medicine, we must take more medicines, and the cycle continues. When it comes to Ayurveda, we believe that because the medicines are made of herbs and natural ingredients, they cannot harm us. Ayurvedic medicines, if not used properly, can have negative side effects due to the body's reaction to the medicines. Furthermore, the medicines should be used in their purest form, free of adulteration.

Ayurvedic Ideology

The Ayurvedic way of life promotes holistic wellness by preventing disease. Allopathy, on the other hand, is more symptomatic and follows Hypothesis, Exploration, Observation, and Conclusion.

In other words, good health is essential for living a happy life. Furthermore, Ayurveda has evolved as a holistic system capable of maintaining and restoring health with few side effects, and it will focus on health. In contrast, Allopathy, whose analytic understanding of physiology leads to symptom suppression with numerous side effects. These considerations lead to the conclusion that Ayurvedic medicine is superior to allopathy.

The Ayurvedic way of life improves your overall health and keeps you from getting sick. This philosophy is continued held by AADAR as well. To avoid stress, physical imbalances, and improve immunity, we maintain and guard your mental bliss and physical balance with the utmost care and sincerity.
